We offer free skin care consultation by our estheticians. You can have a consultation physically at our store, through text messages, Whatsapp  and through direct messages on our Instagram page.

We also offer skin testing using our artificial intelligent skin analyzer machine, at a fee. This service is offered instore only.

Standard deliver within Nairobi is 3 hours (if order is placed between 9a.m. and 5p.m., Monday to Saturday).

Deliveries in the outskirts of Nairobi are made same day or next day depending on the mode of delivery chosen.

Deliveries outside Nairobi are dispatched at 2.30p.m. Any order placed before dispatch will be received the following day while any order placed after 2p.m will be dispatched the following day at 2.30p.m.

We also have express delivery for Nairobi and it’s outskirts. The order is dispatched from the shop within 30 minutes and delivered straight to the customer. Delivery is made within 40-90 minutes depending on location.

We recommend getting the basics right first. That is; Cleanser, Moisturizer and sunscreen. Contact Glowskin Cosmetics for the products suitable for your skin type and concern.

We allow payment on delivery if location of delivery is within 20km radius of our physical shop. This does not apply to Pick Up Mtaani. All other orders must be paid for prior to dispatch.

At Glowskin, we recommend reviewing skin care products from a point of ingredients. I.e. 0.5% salicylic acid has the same efficacy irrespective of brand. What will differentiate two products with 0.5% salicylic acid is the list of other ingredients used in combination. Our estheticians recommendations are based first on the ingredients listing, then customer’s preference and budget.
